Why don't you use the right kind of toner and save yourself the nightmares that will follow??

This is a special kind of toner for a diferent use. Transfers for ceramic. I buy this printer to work with this toner it is impossible with normal toner. The printer is all ok except for density inside developers. I have the service manual but i cannot find a setting for what i want. But for shure because there are tons of settings that i dont know what they do.

If you absolutely have to use this toner, try changing developer bias to put more toner onto the drum or increasing transfer current to transfer more toner from the drum to the transfer media. Bear in mind that changing developer bias could cause back-grounding.
If you have to increase toner density:
        1. Turn the 4300 on with the front door open
        2. Enter SP mode and then close front door
        3. Use forced toning to achieve the density you need
        4. Initialize toner density sensor.

One question, are you using standard developer in this machine or is it a special developer? If it is standard developer, it will probably increase image density with time as the amount of standard toner remaining in the developer decreases.

Thank you. This helps a lot.
This is a special developer with the mix of same toner. But i migrated this developer from an old canon machine, so the dens on canon must be diferent and lower. In fact i did the initialization of developers, but maybe the density of developers were low and then printer keep that settings. I think it will solve my problem. After that whatvprocedurew do you advise to have the printer printing stabe? Doing a auto dens on normal menu maintenaince is enough? That option to mincrease the voltage of developer bias can be interesting too. I will study well this options. I will check manual and if i dont know the settings i will ask here.
          Again thank you
