Ricoh Aficio MPC 7500 - Toner Cartridge Setting Error - Yellow
Hello!
The yellow toner was out on our machine and we attempted to replace it with a new OEM yellow toner cartridge but we received the following error: Toner Cartridge Setting Error. We noticed that the white button on the bottom of the toner cartridge did not push through once the new cartridge was installed and the cartridge door was closed - but the white button on the empty cartridge does push through. Is this simply a defective toner cartridge?
We have ordered another replacement yellow cartridge but is it possible to use the machine in "black and white" only until the new toner arrives?
