[Error Code] Aficio 2027 (SC 670)

The machine is showing SC 670 and I already replaced the SBCU,controller board and memory but still same problem. Any idea how to solve the problem? Only PSU is left for testing.

Ricoh global knowledge base lists pretty much what you said to replace(Controller, SBCU) the only other thing they recommend is the power supply.

Seen same code on some other machines. Have you tried:
      --disconnecting all accessories
--booting up with the hard drive disconnected
--check for pinched wires to SBCU
      --check fuses on power supply
      --reload firmware

Sounds like you might want to try replacing the power supply since that is the only other thing you haven't replaced.

      Good Luck

The last thing on my mind is to check the fuses in the power supply. If all fuses are good, I will try to replace the PSU just for testing. If same problem occurs, then looking for pinched wires is a difficult task to do. In fact, there is a working machine of same model in the client's office. I swap all the boards except power supply. I just base on what the manual says. I forget to check the fuses in the power supply.

Does it have a HDD fitted if so its 99.9% likely to be that.

i have seen fuses test out good but drop out open as the inside conductor wire makes contact and then separate..
