Every mornings when i turn on this machines i have this error. anyone already have the same problem?

if you are near a window wth bright light it might give you a false jam..also have had staple cartridges do quirky things

Without a jam code or an SC-code this could be ANYTHING...

tomorrow i will check jam and sc code history and i post here... since last 1 week when i turn on machine in morning always this.

did you check the sorter cable,connection to copier,reseat it?
does this happen from energy saver setting etc?
surge/noise protector?
