Ricoh PRO 906EX HDD Error

Dear colleagues,
i have problem with PRO 906EX,well i need to replace HDD x 2 160GB and every time i put two new raw hdd ,machine display HDD ERROR,in service mode i cant format HDD, nothing. I did try to make Clone from other 906EX but it doesnt work. Do u have any advice how to resolve problem. One more thing,i did find same brand of hdd Hitachi 164Gb

I JUST HAD A MP6001 with the hard drive removed by previous customer and bought a wd 250gig sata drive that i quick formatted to ntfs and made
the drive come up wth a letter..upon installation my error codes were gone 860/870 codes and then i formatted it via service mode..

Well i did earlyer same procedure like u and same problem, still cant format hdd in service mode 5832 and message is Format Failed,when i install from another 906ex hdd everything works normal

If this model has two you have to replace both drives as a pair. If one fails you can't just take it out and format in a PC otherwise it will error

Offcourse im talking about pair hdd-s not as single ones and still have same problem,i did change sata cables,i did change 2 more pairs of hdd-s and same problem. I dont have more ideas,im stuck.
