Reinstall software in aficio 2045

Hi everyone !

How can I resinstall software in ricoh Aficio 2045 ? My Aficio shows error code SC990 . Look up in error code table : SC990 is software problem .
Any help is aprreciated.
If this is a silly question, forgive me because I'm a newbie in this field.

Or, unplug the hard drive and see if it goes away. You will have reduced functionality without it but it is a troubleshooting technique.
SC990 can be a lot of things. Reflashing the firmware is not for the faint of heart and requires some special equipment. Not to mention the firmware itself.
Try the HD and/or PCU first.

Fix this error is quite complicated, phew.. .
I call the technician service , they told me it might be the fuser is overheated , they will follow up .
So I have to follow up with them .
