Re: Ricoh MP3350B Firmware
Well either you have given us the wrong model number or the machine has had printer function added. The MP3350B is a basic copy only machine. If it will not function as a copier there is a problem with the machine, not the firmware. -
Re: Ricoh MP3350B Firmware
this is not a basic copy machine. i have a sd card for printer. this machine use RPCS printer unit type 3350. can use for print. now i just only want firmware to upgrade the system/ copy function.Comment

Re: Ricoh MP3350B Firmware
From what you describe in you later posted, the 3350B has had the either the RPCS Printer Unit with the HDD option or it has Printer Unit installed. RPCS supports only RPCS printing. If it also supports PCL, then it has the Printer Unit which includes the HDD or the RPCS Printer Unit and the Printer Enhancement unit. Check what is printed on the label on the SD Card. If you have PCL support, then you need to Purchase the Scanner Enhancement Unit EDP Code 414117 and copy the SD move the option to the current SD option card using SP 5873-1. Once an option has been moved to another SD card, the option SD card is no longer usable unless the original option is moved back. The error you are getting tells me that the card you has had the option moved off or has been written to by a PC. If you do not have PCL printing, you will need both the Scanner Enhancement Unit and the Printer Enhancement Unit EDP Code 414114.Comment
