W2400 Scanner Question

Hi, All. I have a W2400 original feed problem. Immediately after the trail edge of the original leaves the adf feed roller, the machine will stop and register a misfeed. I have done the ADF mod and all the sensors check good in input mode. The GG mentioned turning off "original hold" in user tools, but I haven't been able to locate that setting. Any of you fine techs have any ideas on this one?

Never mind, I found the problem. The scanner exit roller has a pulley on the end that uses an allen set screw, which was loose enough to cause the misfeed issue.
