Good day,i need help,Gestetner5490+ when i on this copy printer it roll master continuously and show master jam when i open the master unit i discover that the master had jam at the end which main the last motor is not turning,i test the and is OK.i have change every think like sensor and motor but it still act the same.i need help from any one who have had this problem and solve it.thanks in advance.

A suggestion from a Riso tech, check the pulley that drives the roller where the jam occurs, it might be loose.
Saw that enough back in the day.
Sorry if that doesn't help. But I thought it might be worth a shot.
