I have toner being blown out in front of the toner hopper and front door. I have changed the drum unit, toner hopper and developer unit. Could this be a over toner setting. Thanks

Did you clean the toner recycling unit in the drum section of the machine? Paper dust blocks the opening in the toner recycling unit.

have you check the seal? especially those entrance in the PCU where toner dropping from toner hopper.
