    registration roller ricoh 2035

For an Ricoh 2035 > the paper is blocked under the drum, without any code. The registration roller starts rolling when i power up the copier, but when the paper reach the registration roller, this one is not turning for 2 seconds to bring the paper on the drum. Does anybody knows whats wrong?Who is giving the command to the roller for turning and to let the paper to run?

Have you tested/swopped the registration clutch? Sounds like its binding. The reg clutch works on timing, and will only engage when the drum and paper are synchronised.

Any chance that the paper trays are are not set to the correct paper size and orientation? At least that's what I'd check before the other really good suggestions here.

It s strange but the machine is not showing any code. Just continue to turn, the paper is under the registration roler, who do not turn for 1 second to push it up to the drum. I have changed the registration sensor (malefic position).
The registration sensor show me the block after i have open the right door.(i have put a paper on him).
I have changed also the registration clutch. I have check it in the output and it s blinkink.I have cheked also the drawers with the corect paper simbol ...Nothing.

Then you may have a board issue.

Normal operation is for the registration to stop turning momentarily when the lead edge of the paper reaches the registration sensor. This allows the paper to butt up against the roller and buckle slightly to correct any feed skew. There is an SP 1xxx setting for how much paper buckle. If the paper is stopping before the roller, check to see if this setting is negative.
