Common problem when printing/copying to card stock or other thick paper. Make certain that the paper settings in user tools match what you are copying to, this includes paper thickness (Thick 1, Thick2, Thick 3 or Thick 4). Try thick 3 or 4 and see what happens. If you are using glossy photo paper, make certain that it is for use in laser printers. The glossy coating on ink jet paper can bubble and stick to the fusing parts. If you are printing, there is a setting in Printer Properties for paper thickness.

slimslob already done, setting the color with thick paper does not come off, it may be non-genuine toner that uses the client?

Avoid using "for use toner" especialy on collor machines,it most certanly is toner problem, that fuser can't melt it propper.
Gears, springs, clutches, sliders, connectors and electronics...who on earth can tell what's wrong with it?

Remember to change the settings on the computer and the machine, its the computer that changes the machine speed not the printer
