What is the problem with this machine. >>mpw2400 wide format>> after finish scanning the original and the machine keep beeping and the copy process not completed?

test the machine by copying A4 original from the bypass, use A4 paper.

A little more info would help. I have seen flat spots on the original exit rollers that cause problems

try pressing the enter key then see what happens this may give you an idea of what the copier wants you to do eg is it set to sort?

I have tried to make a copy in A4 size also the same.

I have tried to press the enter button after scan the original but it nothing happen. The machine continue beepping.

Actually I have the original copy of this service manuals and have go through it but there is no related topic about this problem.

If any body have experiance with the problem are really appreciated if you can share you info.

For your add info. this machine already runs about 270 k. and so far its work like a charm.

But recently the problem accured.

I tried do memory all clear and nothing improvement.

I let the machine sleep in the store and after a few month I return to look into this, I pulled all the harness and do memory clear then the problem gone. now it run again as normal/ Thanks

your lucky if your copy still ok after memory clear.
