Mp 2250b works with everything except web monitor

came from Government location I can do everything except get to the web monitor of copier. does anybody know what i have to do for this . i have post this on connectivity also. check what they said but no luck. So i decide to try on tech side to see if someone knows about this

you take HDD mp2250 and copy HDD.

Just copy NVRAM from unlocked MP2550b and problem is solved,that issue dont have anything with HDD

Try changing SP 5-985-001 to 1 and rebooting.

You said in your Connectivity post that you did SP 5-801, for a memory all clear, that's always asking for trouble...

Try adjusting Security settings .....

User Tools , Admin tools, System settings, Network security Level, to " 0 \ Zero"

This should clear \ open all ports within Network Security.

Hopefully you should be able to connect then.

Try another browser ??

Is the device configured to HTTPS ?, possibly a security certificate installed ??

Hi everybody

i finally got it with help from suggestions was in copy/doc tab menu protect was level 2. i had to turn on admin mode first to log in. went back to copy/doc tab and change it to level 1. Thanks again for everyone's help.
