Good day, I am haven master Jam at the master feed control Roller. It happen when on the gestetner5490+ it boot and displayed master jam, when open the master making unit discover the master had twist at the master feed control roller. Have checked every thing bet can fine the problem please need help on this problem.master feed control roller motor is not toning have tested motor it work bet not work on master unit. THANKS.
