Re: MPC 4500 print not even
I suspect it is the same problem as the post about light copies on a MP C3500. Check the transfer roller is parallel with the contact point on the Image Transfer Belt.At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem. -

Re: MPC 4500 print not even
If you have replaced the fuser, check the ITB then finally that the TX roller is seated properly. Run multiple sky shots on A3 to see if the uneveness moves. These models suffer from fragile resin on the TX roller lower case and upper holder, both of which have been modified.Comment

Re: MPC 4500 print not even
I'm starting to see a pattern with your posts, meaning you just throw anything out there and making me think you don't have a lot of knowledge of how these things work. On another post you suggest to do a full memory clear and or replace the fuser thermostats for a J001 jam code. For this particular problem, a charge roller issue will give you dark marks/lines/bands- not light areas.Comment

Re: MPC 4500 print not even
What is the direction of paper travel on your example. Is the light area the lead, trail or side edge? I can't really discern the paper size. Also, can you please clarify that it does it from print jobs as well as copies or copies only.Comment

Re: MPC 4500 print not even
Stop the print before the fuser and see if the symptome is still visible to rule out the fuser. I've seen dirty polygon motor mirrors causing pretty related issues on this machine - cleaning is pretty easy to do.Comment

Re: MPC 4500 print not even
Looks like either poor fusing or transfer roller is not sitting properly.
I would try changing the paper setting from plain to thick1, if the image is ok now then it would be poor fusing.
I had something similar when the C-clip and the bearing came off on one side of the hot roller.Comment
