    tessa and TRTM

Hi guys what is the new TRTM thing?
I've been working on Ricoh m/c's for about 10 years now.
I have a logon for tessa, but the newer firmware is apparently moved to TRTM like for the SPC811dn
I can't get into this TRTM and our Head Office ..... Another story!
    can anyone help me?
I am a qualified tech and still work on plenty Ricoh's.

I am able to get to the SPC811DN firmware just fine, and I'm not even trained on that model (I don't think).

      Regards

It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

I am told that the TRTM part of the site is only accessible when/if you are logged onto the RICOH WAN - so only Ricoh employees.
It is to do with "training and technical material".
