[Misc] How to configure the @remote?

    Hi All,

I would like to know if somebody know how to configure RC gate & how it's worked,
    Did i need Driver?
Because i would like to take counter meter & other information via the internet network.
Did this have another solution without passing by the RC Gate.
if not did i need to install the RC Gate for all clients.

    Thanks

From what I understand after looking at the documentation for @Remote, it sends it information to a server at Ricoh Japan who then sends it to the local dealer or branch.

This is correct, and if you're not an authorized dealer or a Ricoh branch then @Remote is of no use to you. There are other meter collection solutions out there, search the forum or Google.

slimslob and teebee1234 are correct on the @Remote info. If your not an official Ricoh affiliate forget about it...................

The dealer i currently work for doesn't use @remote however our run up guides are the Ricoh runup guides and we just enable @remote at runup then hand it over to Ricoh.
