Why do you need to replace the entire RADF instead of just repairing it? Some document feeders are used across multiple machines, but I haven't seen multiple RADF's for one machine.
The DF3000 is the only feeder for this MFP. However, having said that I have had to temporarily put a DF3010 (from the MP C4500) on a C3000 and it worked. It was either that or pull the whole machine back to the shop to work on the Feeder. Be aware they are totally different Feeders, with different external harnesses (the DF3000 plugs into the back right corner and the DF3010 plugs in the middle back of the machine, so has a longer harness; also, completely different internals). This was only a temporary situation and the correct Feeder was returned to the MFP once it was fixed.

I remember being involved with a situation like this in the past, the differences were extra sensors in one of them. Probably would work in most situations but may have size/jam issues under certain conditions.

The issue at hand is seperation, 2 pages together and always at end of run.
I repalced rollers, belt, feeder, clutchs and seperator pad with no positive results.
The only item I haven't replaced is the solenoid.
Very annoying problem. This is a mechanical issue not firmware.
I thought maybe a mono machine LD225 or similar would be compatible?
Did you replace the torque limiter for the reverse roller? For me that is what usually causes more than one sheet to be fed together. Another thing that I have encountered is a bad earth ground to the machine causing static build up.
According to my service manual the ARDF should be a DF 3030 not DF3000.
Thanks, I'm pretty sure a 3030 and a 3000 are one in the same. And yes the torque limiter has been replaced.
I have access to many makes and models but nothing on hand with a DF3000 or 3030 available at present.
That's why I was wondering if another Ricoh, Savin or Lanier model might have a compatible DF.
