    Jp750 priport blank copies!

    Don't know much bout these.
When I take the drum out there is no ink printed on the master around the drum.

    New ink installed.
Whats the most common problem on these?

Cheat the front door and make sure the press roll is camming up to the drum as the paper passes. I had an issue where the solenoid that releases the press roll was sticking at the rear and had to make an adjustment so it would release. If the press roll doesn't contact the drum then ink will not pass through the master.

Maybe run 50 or so prints on a master and see what happens, especially if someone mistook the machine as a copier and ran a bunch of jobs of a few prints per master. If that looks better try making a blank master and running a full ream of paper through the machine and see if the master gets properly inked up.
Full disclosure, I work on Riso duplicators rather than Ricoh ones. But the base theory remains the same, if the machine makes less than a certain amount of prints per master, the drum will run out of ink.

If the machine has been setting for any length of time, ink may have dried in the drum and need to be cleaned. Metal and/or cloth screen may be clogged with dry ink. Make sure that the image has actually not been burned to the master. I have on occasion seen two or more masters on the drum or a sheet of paper under the master preventing ink from following.

Most common cause is a sheet of paper stuck under the master on the drum!
