    [Error Code] SC 834 on ricoh 3260c

    After turn on power, the machine display sc834 immediately, i tried to change 2 ram dimms on motherboard but the sc code still remain, please help me how to resolve this problem, thank

      The problem is either a defective engine mother board or a defective controller board. Considering that this model was launched almost 9 years ago, it is about time to replace the machine. There is less than one year of assured parts availability and assured field support ended four years ago.

          Finally i found this problem caused by ram dimm on mother board , thanks for your considering
