    (No developer found in yellow and black DV unit) MP C2550

    guys, have you encountered a problem in MP C2550 wherein the developer is getting empty after several months of usage? Three months ago, my colleague had changed all the PCDU because that time the copy was faint or almost blank. Again, the machine is showing the same problem. I checked the ITB unit and there is no damage in it.Is the high voltage defective?Any ideas?

      Check the latest Process Control result. This will give you an idea about what went wrong.

          Just so I'm unde4standing this, you put a new unit in and its eating the carrier AND the toner?
