    You didn't fit the MPC3502 sleeve did you by mistake ? the connectors on the left are a different colour and the lamps are different between the 3002/3502 and the 4502/5502 fuser sleeves.

      Hi there!
      Definitly NO! The sleeve-roller has the D144-prefix, and the multimeter "said" 1 of the 3 lamps is dead.

        You probably have a faulty sleeve, we've had these issues along with sc's after fitting a new sleeve.
        Inside the sleeve is a 3 lamp array, every time we have had issues it is with one of the lamps breaking.
        If you meter them out individually you will probably find one is damaged.
        You can swap over from the old assembly but it is a ball ache of a task..
