[Error Code] Ricoh MPC W2200 wide format

Have a strange one going on with one of these, machine is indicating front cover open, which points to the airplane hanger type door.
When i go into S.P. inputs and check it says left door switch no change, check with a meter and you get 37 volts anywhere along circuit until you actuate the switch then it drops to 0 and never goes back up till you reboot, yet front door open is diplayed constantly.
I am ordering the MCU board and hoping thats the cure.

Anyone had this ?

I had same problem still no soluation. i have replaced mcu and power supply board. still the same. have you got any soluation for that

Never did get ours fixed, supposedly you need to replace both print heads and the MCU, but that didn't work for us.

Im beginning to hate this machine as there is definitely a big problem with this issue, ive had it a few times now !

Basically its due to the print head leaking ink (usually black) and shorting out the MCU board. You have to replace both otherwise if you just fit the MCU it will blow again after 30 seconds.

My advise would be to replace both print heads the MCU and HRB board at the same time as this seems to be the only way to guarantee its sorted, then throw them all back at Ricoh !

Changed printhead ,after printhead was changed but the machine is shwoing door open indication .
any good solution for this issue?
