    Add Toner

    I have a LD445c with an add tone condition on black. I've replaced the pump, toner and developer clutches. Opening and closing the door will cycle the toner and be ok for about 500-1000 copies, then the add tone condition comes back. Any ideas?

      Blockage in the hose restricting the flow?

          A new hose comes with the pump, but I guess there still could be a blockage.

              Yes it does. Just not everyone always replaces the hose at the same time.i think you can rule that out then

                  Check that you did not get the hose pinched or kinked when installing. Check the maintenance counters on the black developer and unit.
