Thought I posted this yesterday, but can't find it now so if its out there sorry....MP C4000 Prints 8-1/2 x 11 PDF (Floor Plans) fine, but when you enlarge to 11x17 becomes very blurry and can't read numbers. File is fine works on other printers. Any thoughts?

Does the device have postscript and are you using a postscript driver? May be set to 'print as image'? May be a setting in the driver. Look under the quality tab and see if it's set for raster or vector. Change it to the other and test. If still n.g., try a different driver altogether (choices should be PCL5c, PCL6, PS and RPCS). -

Once I got to the customers office turned out to be the fuser. Bad bearings. Still don't understand why it only showed up on 11x17. My understanding is it was shuddering. Considering the amount of steel and the number of bearings that I shook out of it. Its a wonder it worked at all. Never even made a funny sound...Comment
