Hello all.I have a Ricoh Mp2501sp.I try to open the web image monitor as admin but in somepoint from the factory the password is changed.Did anyone experienced anything like that?I know that the password was empty and the user name was admin.Once i read that it was a four digit number.Ringing any bells to anyone?

Reset the password with the supervisor account, there are thousands of threads on this.

Try logging in as "supervisor" with no password. This will ONLY allow you to log in and change/ reset the admin password - nothing else. Then, login as usual.
If that doesn't work, then the 'supervisor' credentials have ALSO been changed, and you will have to search the COUNTLESS other threads on this subject for how to proceed from there.
