Where exactly does the paper stop? Is the paper phsically damaged or does it just stop? Is the Bypass configured to see the paper being fed? The C305 has a very small office footprint so only offers certain settings. I'm thinking you're throwing parts away especially if you replaced the Reg'n clutch.

Turned out this prob was completely different then the clutch issue. I was given this call from another tech. He had replaced the clutch. Aparently when he took the right side door off, he stripped the lower screw for the right door hinge. And the hinge was loose causing the jamming issue because the feed assemble is very close to this screw area

And a hell of a lot of time, where this machine is concerned...clutch pack is an epic pilgrimage to get to.
