[Misc] Machine makes a copy of the fax

I am having a problem with a Ricoh MP-C5000 we just installed. When they send a fax, it copies it as well and the whole fax that they sent through prints out. Any thoughts on what might be causing that?

Never heard of this, but it woudln't surprise me if it's an SP setting that can be made for some purpose.
Have you done a factory reset on the fax system?
I always do this prior to sale , because who knows what settings the previous owners/ users have customized for themselves.

Is it the Memory Storage Report the machine is printing? If User Parameter Switch 3-bit 3 is set to 1, the machine prints out a report to confirm the fax is stored in memory.

Ahh...Yes...that's probably EXACTLY what it is.
A feature I've never used, and a fine example of why I set the Fax back to factory settings during my refurbs
