      both those firmwares that you have are current for the mpc2500. Just checked the ricoh website. Current scanner firmware is 1.25

          You need to look under custom firmware for "network support" B2385605

                  tjvincent is correct about needing custom/special firmware. The MP C2500 takes B2385605L_LRC0451. The MP C3500 take B2215605L_LRC0355. If you do not have access to a Ricoh support site that has them (TSRC, rfg-esource) you would be best to email paul@justmanuals.com.
