Setting Passwor Aficio 2045e

hi..
i'm a newbie for ricoh copier..
i have a 2045e with send to email, when until now is won't send email
i want set user id with password...
i was activated in user tool, but im confuse... where i input my numeric password..

please anyone teach me step by step to setting Password in this machine..

In manual book & service manual isn't help..
