    [Error Code] sc code 991 aficio 3045

    need help to sloved sc 991 problem at ricoh aficio 3045. how to sloved this problem... help please

      Software continuity error. Sometimes reloading latest firmware will correct. Could also be that the HDD needs to be reformatted or the RAM needs to be replaced. If the error occurs at Power up, if the the the SC error log details shows File: scs_time_count.c, it could be a communication error between the controller and the operation panel.
