duplicator dx4545 e43 error

Hi to all,

today i was working with dx4545 but after do around 5k copies the machine gave e43 error. i try to reset but no sucess then i check on service manual and says is the printing pressure hp sensor or printing pressure motor but i dont have the parts manual for this machine... can someone please get me part number for the printing pressure motor.
