MP C2503, can't find service manual on MyRicoh

Hi all,

I have all the other '03' series service manuals I need, and can find firmware and parts catalogues using MyRicoh's 'Publications' heading.

I can not find the service manual though. ANYWHERE!?!

surely it was released at the same time as the machine, does anyone have a clue where to source it?

They are there, under Multifunction Printers and then All Products change to just MP C2503SP not Aficio MP C...

All the new models are no longer Aficio.

You should contact Ricoh in your country. I've had the same with the Metis-series, and the latest B/W-machines. They fixed something (don't know what...) in my profile and after that I could access everything.

found the manuals in MP C2503ZSP instead of the MP C2503SP

out of interest what does the Z mean? is it something to do with the 'cheeta' control panel?

ZSP is the Smart Panel model, don't go downloading the firmware from this model unless you have the Smarhit Panel.
