mpc 2003 bypass

I have a ricoh mpc 2003,when printing envelopes from the bypass with envelopes, the print on the return address is cut off like the leading edge margin is too big, and shifted up the page cutting it off at the top. The print settings are set on auto . You can manually move the print fields but they don't want that . I checked all registration settings they all were fine. Any guess at this problem?

Check that the bypass tray settings in User Tools - Printer is set to use the driver/command settings and not machine settings. Check that the software is set for the correct envelop size.
