I did setup scan to email on mp201 and I was shocked to see junk message upon testing it. I greatly appreciate your contributions in advance.

I saw this with an MP C2800 last year. SMB-scanning was ok, but scan-to-email gave the same result as your machine. They used Microsoft Exchange 2013, and that caused it. Customer called back to say that they fixed "something" on the mailserver. Unfortunately I never heard what they fixed.

Yes it is a known security related bug with Exchange 2013, updating to service pack 1 should resolve the problem.

When you go to user tools,scanner: there is setting for a size of the file. I think default is 2000kb. On MP C3001 I set it to "off" and that fixed it for me.

You're right on the default. I like to set it to 51200kb. This is the maximum email size allowed by most providers. The junk results wilbert.c showed can result from the size being to small and divide and send turned on.
