    Let's start from the beginning... A few questions and we may be able to help...
    1- What's the meter click?
    2- Are the parts genuine, that you are fitting?
    3- Did you initialize the Dev?
    3- Did you run process control?
    4- Have you replaced the drum core items, such as blade, brush, charge wire and grid?
    5- What was the VT And VTRef, VSP- VSP- reading's?
    6- Have you checked the toner end sensor in input mode?

    Thanks

      COUNTER = 3,5 M
      I have change drum, developer,blade drum, corona, grid .All is OEM.
      I do dev. init. , auto process.
      Vt = 3.3 , Vref = 3.2 Vsp = 4.0
      TONER END SENSOR is ok.

        If your vsp is 4.0, your seriously under toned.......... vsg should be 4.0 volts, vsp should be under 0.5............

            the only issue I see with the mag roller is that they can become coated with toner, and then I clean them. As for your initial post, if toner is falling on the ID sensor and paper I would check the lower entrance seal of the cleaning unit.......

              I do not see the drum cleaning brush listed. A dirty cleaning brush will cause toner from the cleaning unit to get past the cleaning entrance seal and onto the ID sensor. Every time I have trouble with the ID sensor getting dirty, I replace the brush. Clean the ID sensor with a clean lint free cloth dampened with water only. Wiping with a dry cloth will cause static that will attract toner.

                Re: ricoh 1075

                Are the recycle gears stripped and is the cleaning unit exiting the waste toner properly.
                Another though has anyone told you to check the drum unit entrance seal cause that would be a prime candidate for toner dropping on the paper.
                Also if you pull the drum unit out does the developer load up toner on the drum guide edge cause that would constitute new developer if it did not get initialized properly.
                Hope this helped.
