    i have a customer who has been using mp3352 and asked me how to open doc server on web image monitor?
    are there any solution for that?

      Yes the WIM can be used. Depending on how the documents were put into the document server and user privileges, users can view, print, and delete documents. For more information, see the Operations Manuals - Operating Instruction <Security Manual> - Web Image Monitor: Document Server.
