    MP4002 and SR3090 issue

    I have a new install where every time they staple jobs either copies or prints the last set will show misfeed after it exits the finisher. It can be 2 or 10 sets, it will pause for a second or two after the last set exits and shows a finisher misfeed.


    All firmware is up to date and all other functions of the finisher (ie sorting, paper exit) work fine. Just last set of stapled jobs. Im stumped
