The accountants at Ricoh keep telling their service managers to rationalise and get rid of some tech, so after they sack a few they discover the response time blows out and the customers and salesmen are screaming at them so they have to go and re-hire the techs again.

I did see that RBC require applicants to be permanent Australian citizens, which kinda counts me out.
Which company is best? Well I've been here at RBC for over 25 years now so that must say something about the place.
We also don't run GPS tracking, don't have a centralised automated dispatch system and we don't hold a court of inquiry if your short a set of feed rollers at the end of the month.

Sorry, but can't help with info with the visa, you will have to chase that one up yourself, a NZ one might be transferable to Aust. We have to put the bit about Aust residency in the ad so we don't get buried in applications from techs in third world countries that don't have a snowflakes chance of getting a visa.

Any hope for a UK Ricoh dealers tech of nearly 3 years moving on out to Australia?

Just a dream really, the main thing would be getting the job before committing to the move.
Don't fancy becoming homeless, although the adventure part is certainly appealing. Don't think I'm hardcore enough to take the risk though.
