[Jamming] Paper feed unit 1 - [A] area stops

Good day everyone, we would like to ask your advise/suggestion as we currently facing trouble with tray1 (paper feed unit 1 area) of Ricoh Aficio Pro MP1107ex. Paper always stop on this unit and show in the display that paper misfeed in A. Now they can use the copier but only tray 2 & 3 is functioning.

What we have done are the following:
1. pulled out paper feed unit 1
2. replaced 3 rollers with new
3. cleaned sensors
4. clean unit

Still having the same problem, papers still stops

5. swap with another paper feed unit. (2 & 3) paper feed unit is ok when we use or install to tray 2 & 3. but in tray 1 is not.
6. use tandem tray 1 from another copier, and still the same.
7. test tandem tray 1 from problem copier to working copier and it works, so no problem with tandem tray.
8. Run output test and the motor is running with low and high speed for Paper Feed 1

Quick questions. You say you swapped paper feed unit into 2 &3 and it runs. Are they using the same paper size and type? Did the paper feed unit from 2 or 3 run in 1? Does it jam on every sheet or intermittently?

If everything jams in 1 and a different feed unit does the same thing in 1 then I would be looking at everything after the feed unit as it exits into the paper path. Paper out of tray 1 makes a much sharper turn out of the tray . Look for any burrs that could be slowing the paper down as it makes the turn.

Replace the paper feed motor for tray 1. If you want a check to confirm before replacing, swap paper feed motors between tray 1 and one of the other trays.

Thanks for a quick advise and suggestions.
@totoro, for your question, yes we already did a swapped and it doesn't help. About the paper size it was only for tray 1 (A4) and checked via SPcode and we can use any paper feed unit from 2 & 3. But didn't help too. When I install paper feed unit 1 to 2 & 3, 1 is working so no problem with paper feed unit. Jams on every sheet.

By the way, as we checked again.. we tried to disconnect the cables from PFU1 and connect it to PFU2 and power the machine, got SC501 (tray2 missing), put the cables back again to its original PFU w/o turning off and close door (put some paper to push the switch) shows again SC501 (tray1 missing). Turn off the whole machine and start again. SC error was gone and tray1 works again. Until now the machine is working in all tray. It might be cable problem or some electric issue? What do you think guys. The next time it happens we will check the board where it was connected and suspect also the cable. Thank you again!
