Hey guys, this is my first post, but I had a controller fail on a MP c7500, went thru hytech dealer services and picked up a replacement. Copy and document server come up now, but no print scan options. Turns out, I have to upgrade the print scan firmware, since the controller board is loaded with more up to date firmware. Thanks to some management changes and branding changes at the dealership I work at, my TSC login credentials are no good. Anyone have any idea where I can download the firmware from? Files are D3765902F.fwu, and D3765903D.fwu. Thanks, I appreciate any help.

When you print a diagnostic report, SP 5990-005, do scan and print have version numbers showing? If not, then Printer/Scanner is not even installed. It needs to be installed in order to update. One of two things may have happened:- The machine had imbedded function on the controller and hytech sent you one that did not.
- You left the Printer/Scanner SD card in the controller when you sent it to hytech.
You can contact hytech or you can order the Printer/Scanner service replacement SD card from Ricoh. -

Hi, check printer/scaner SD card, when you install a fiery u have to change a option in service mode, a think is under 5-191 or 5-193, if you take off fiery, you have to change this option to default.
