    Error code sc362 ricoh mp c6000

    HI ALL
    I have problem with Ricoh Aficio mp c6000 when I copy number from( 1-7) paper the machine no problem but when I copy number above (10)paper appear error code sc 362& sc363
    can you help me

      TD sensor (VT high) for Cyan and Yellow respectively.

              The sensors are part of the development units.
