[Jamming] Ricoh MP-301sp Jamming in 2-sided on RDF

Hi everyone.

I have 2 RICOH MP-301sp with the same problem, jams on the RDF "ONLY IN 2-SIDED MODED AND ONLY WHEN I PUT MORE THAN I ORIGINAL ON IT". I belive its firmware related but here in Mexico the latest firmware aviable is for MP-201spf. Could you help me with the latest firmware for the MP-301??

Maybe it's a mechanical problem. I had a similar problem and in the end the solution was to move down the line the pad sponges prevention. Look at this picture.
