MPC2500 Paper Crumple in A3 Size

    Hi !

Im facing some problem when i using A3 size print in Tray 2,3,4 in MPC2500. it come out Paper Crumple.

But using A4 paper Size in Tray 1,2,3,4. No Problem.

When i use A3 paper size in Bypass, it show no problem and no crumple.

I change the Paper Feed Roller in Tray 2,3,4 , Change the Entire Duplex Unit, Change the Transfer Drum Belt, Change the Transfer Roller (not new). But still paper crumple by using A3 paper size.

The A3 paper size are using 70 gram and if i use in MPC5000. No problem at all. But if i use in MPC2500, it show paper Crumple.

If i use the A3 size 80gram (Double A) Paper in MPC2500. No problem at all.

I dont know happen, is it because of the Magnetic Clutch problem?

    Please enlighten me.

    Thank you

I'd have to see the crumpled paper to know if the transfer parts had anything to do with it. (Easy check: if you pull apart the wrinkles and see no print, it is likely to have something to do with the transfer area. Otherwise, the problem is much more likely to be in the fusing area.)
You said you replaced the duplex unit. Does the paper only get crumpled on two sided prints? If that's the case, it could just be that your supply of A4 paper is too curly - the paper does have to go through some awfully narrow spaces after all.

"Change the Transfer Roller (not new)"

I have had A3 trailing edge crumple before and it was the paper transfer roller, there is an old thread in here somewhere where other people had the same issue and it worked for them too. You may have shot yourself in the foot by not trying a new one.

Also check that the paper bank is straight with the rest of the copier.

                Hi Guys !

                Thank you for advice..

I have solve the problem, Is the Transfer Roller problem.

But if using Bypass Tray for A3 paper size, it won't show any problem. So i though is others problem.
