    MP C3300 with WIM Forbiden

Was working on MPC3300 that was locked, supervisor log on was changed,so decided to upload NVram from another MPC that is allready unlocked.
Now we have unlocked machine but when I try to access WIM it says instantly 403 FORBIDDEN.
I can ping PC from machine and aparently we have acses to machine but it is for some reason forbidden, the other MPC from whom I took NVram doesn't have that problem, and the "forbidden" one I didn't try to log on via WIM before this,so I'm not shure if it worked before.
When uploading NWram from diferent machine I allso adjusted bicu serial with new serial number, formated HDD,uploaded stamp data, set Device seting NiC and USB on 1 and then rebooted machine.
Any thoughts on what am I missing here?
Gears, springs, clutches, sliders, connectors and electronics...who on earth can tell what's wrong with it?

An IP Access Range is set. Use Telnet to log in to the machine and issue the command : access flush.

BTW, the NVRAM holds numerous, very machine specific settings such as : unique laser unit settings, process control and line positioning settings, serial number, etc. If you replace the NVRAM with the one from another machine, you're loading all these unique settings into another machine. This can cause problems in the long run.

I would have done a NCS reset before I would drop another machine's NVram on it.................................

          This!

My senior tech wont let me upload another NVram's data on any machine, so I wouldn't of recommended that. You can reset a supervisor password by executing SP5846-46 in factory mode (for next time)

I also wasn't able to print when the access control was enabled.
Try doing a system settings reset (hold # and press 'system settings' whilst on 123/counter screen)

I'm looking for a solution for locked machine for some time now,NCS reset never did anything for me,and I tryed it like allways.
I don't like NVram uploading eather but untill now it was the only possible solution,it is a tiresome procedure after an upload to reiniciate sensors and proces controls I know, takes ages to unlock machine that way,and even then one can not be quite shure if it will work on the long run.
Now that SP5846-46 is what I'm looking, something simmilar to SP7810-Key Operator Code Clear on 2075.
            Thanks.

I guess you already have everything to go through your problem. SP5946-46 will clear all address book and passwords. In case you run into the same problem with your own machine in your customer's place and you would like to save some time configuring the scanning for each user. Back up the address book 1st before executing 5846-46. That way you will not need to reenter all the scanning parameters and also have the supervisor password back to default.

its always good practice to go into TELNET and run ACCESS FLUSH when you are working on a second hand machine. Do that, always
