    Ricoh MP6001 Process Control.

I have a MP6001, that when i do an automatic adjustment of drum condition it acts like its doing it for a minute and stops and locks up the machine. But when we run the machine it does a process control during the run. We swapped all the units and the controller from a working good machine and the problem still is there. We cleared the NV ram and re input the birth certificate and still nothing. We updated all firmware too. If anyone has seen this, any help would be appreciated thanks.

Restart it with the front doors open, enter SP data log and view the latest SC codes. There could be a hidden SC.

I've only seen this if I try to run it too soon before fuser is warmed to ready. Also make sure SP 3901 hasn't been turned off.

The machine was throwing a hidden drum potential sensor code. We replaced the sensor and it works now. Thanks for all the help.
