Hello Everyone...


Can any one please tell me how do I reset the administrator password on the Ricoh SG 3110DN! Password is changed and I do not know the current PW! I've tried both admin and Supervisor. Here's a list of the usernames/passwords combinations I've tried:

Supervisor

Contact the previous owner, see if they have a record of the password.

Otherwise, in the web manager login with supervisor and no password. If the supervisor account password is changed there are many threads on how to reset it and the admin password.

This is what I'm asking for Ruben! I need to know how to reset the admin and/or supervisor password for SG3110DN, Can't find any thread on how to do this!

There are numerous threads on how to reset the Supervisor password for Ricoh products.

disconnect the battary maybe discharge or restore user admin to defult value.
or bring the printer to my office in amman - jabal alwebdah.
