    [Jamming] J072, PTB Paper Sensor: Lag Jam

    I am facing paper jamming J072 in Pro C5100s (cherish) no other code is visible in SP7 data log it shows 072 TH Transport: Off .
    The complete drawer assembly swapped with other machine, IOB & PFB replaced all drive motors replaced. Firmware upgraded finally we decide to Clear all Memory but nothing happened.

          since the OP was signed in as a guest... his was the only one to comment... that comment was made in 2014.

          I would say NO he never got it resolved.

          BTW we here consider any thread over 2 years w/ no response ... this is a DEAD THREAD and you need to start your own NEW thread.
