Fax forwarding File (from TIFF to PDF)

Dear All, Good Day, Need to know how to change the file format from TIFF to Pdf when the user received the Forward fax from MP5000.

Currently, all in Tiff format, customer used Canon IR 3045 which is in Pdf Format. try to look for the MC setting but can't get it.

Also. How to stop the fax print out and forward fax document to email/folder only.

Sure, its done within the parameter settings in fax features.
switch 11, bit 6, set this to 0 to stop the printing of faxes.
switch 21, bit 3, set to 1 to convert to PDF rather than tiff.
